  1. I've lived in California since 1946 and I try to abide by the law and if not had a problem other than when I was a teenager and couldn't keep my foot out of the radiator but since then I grew up come back from Vietnam serve my country I have been stopped by the police at all because I abide by the law do you have to do

  2. The motorcycle officer was very professional! He explained why they were in the area and also expounded on the diagrams booklet.

  3. What's the point of this guy recording the cops and complaining like let them do there jobs something this guy obviously don't have….smh😒

  4. OK…first, CA Vehicle Code is a revenue tool for the state. State emissions regulations started off with good intentions but became a state market access tax via CARB EO#, "Qualification". Which is essentially a testing requirement placed upon the suppliers to be able to access the state consumer market. These fees are recurring in order to be able to sell parts in the state and those costs are passed on to state consumers. The parts sold here are IDENTICAL To those sold in many other states. The difference is the fees that purchase the CARB EO# stamping. The state also has fuel requirements, gun safety roster requirements….etc etc…the state is squeezing people to sell here at an elevated price. Somehow we are still in a budget crunch??? How does that happen?

  5. I’m a CHP officer and I drive a 2018 Charger Scat Pack outside of work. I don’t pull over other dodge chargers. However, I do pull over mustangs and Camaros. I will give a ticket to anyone I want.

  6. CHP is some of the best law enforcement in the world, but yeah, the laws they have to enforce are fucking stupid

  7. quick thing, not gonna get in a debate but all i see from your videos is your upset for what these officers are citing people for but why dont you get mad at the law makers and voters like you talked about in this video? Its there job so get off there ass and harp on the true problem. These got enough shit to deal with ESPECIALLY in compton.

  8. The highway patrol in that area in Compton is a hot bed on sundays. My car is heavily modified but I never drive thru there on sundays

  9. California is a example of a state that is un American. If you don't like Freedom and liberty. Go live in North Korea. The Peoples Republic of California.

  10. Boy the modification of a vehicle especially in California where smog and pollution is a very common thing is just getting more and more smog with some of these modifications thats why California has some of the pretty strict modification laws on vehicles

  11. Drive like shit, put stupid stuff on your car, ya, git a ticket.  Officers can use discretion, you can't drive very far without making a boo bo.  UH, there are emissions laws in all states.  At least you aren't screeching at the cops and baiting them.  that's right, in liberal California you have the greatest restriction on your freedom.  CA cops are among the best trained in the world, as in your interaction with two of them.

  12. Go and film bikers doing wheelies on streets and FWY plus punks on street racing………………..Do want to know about your hate for law and enforcement and order!

  13. The RCMP could learn a great deal from these CHP guys about public relations. The average RCMP officer would say, "Respect the dignity of the public? Like, why would I want to do that?"

  14. Agree that DPRC gets what it votes for. This specific area has a history of street racing, exhibition of speed and other hooliganism? That's why the gestapo tactics. Go to the track and keep it off the streets. The cops will go away.

  15. If you are stopped for a traffic violation in Southern California it is because you have done something wrong. SoCal is a target rich enviornment for traffic enforcement. As a traffic cop you can be very selective. You do not have to write CS citations. I know. 5Mary20

  16. i generally like your videos but the reason you have smog regulations (unlike other states) is because you have smog (unlike other states)
