  1. The FBI are wrong Sam Little is NOT the most prolific serial killer. Gary Ridgway the green river killer is he has killed over 180 women. they are just not counting the ones they have not yet found. the second top killer is Corol Eugene Watts he has killed over 100 women! they are just saying this to keep this guy talking along with putting him in an easy going prison.

  2. That's the point she is making, there are not all trained as we wished they were, we are still coming off shorthanded in several places. Certain states have histories of inexperienced investigators as well as there are areas of corruption in law enforcement. It's better but still lacking. Personally I think all states could benefitby the return of the death penalty. Some crimes are so heiinous, & those don't ever need a second chance. The child molesters
who commit 1st degree murder with violence & /or torture need no second chance. It's insane to keep those people alive where they do it again & again. You can not cure some things. But you might save a newly kidnapped child, in the time you would take to pull anywhere from 30-400 hundred ex felonies
molesters oo who may have re-offended. If you didn't have to
chase those past offenders because they were dealt with finally. you might save other's lives. Serial killers, serial rapists & serial child
molesters have no long term value to society. There would be more money for prison education & rehab.
They will have plenty of time if we cut the repeal system to 10 yrs to find their forgiveness & then their redemption. Saying your sorry is not enough, saying your are sorry in prison has become an everyday occurance;, it makes their life easier.
Many have an easier life in prison, they don't live under any responsibilities for anything, no job no rent, no utilities or food, no spouse nagging minute by minute , crying kids, fighting inlaws, & family.no cooking, little cleaning, no doctor bills. Just daily pressures have to be faced, overcome in some way before you are sorry. Redemption is a whole other story they have to face.
Today, our society is once again face with additional challenges with the political turmoil that brews plus we've entered a new era of bio-warefare. Our future is as unpredictable as it's ever been in probably the last 60 yrs.
GOD BLESS PRESIDENT TRUMP. OUR COUNTRY. HIS FAMILY, KEEP THEM SAFE. God bless our frontliners during this virus crisis & the industries who support them, such as the Truckers of America, Law Enforcement &bOur Military Response Teams & ships assigned to the crisis.

  3. Hmm… I kinda was don`t tell this on youtube, when the guest talked about "he could have easily thrown out the phone out of the moving car and they would not have been able to trace the girl" and describing the vast and empty area nearby Vista, perfect for a crime… some dumb a.hole might take a mental note now, while he would not have figured that out by himself otherwise.. TMI

  4. I also am a first watcher and am also completely disappointed that he didn't let the writer do the most talking. Here's and idea.. why don't you ask questions… let your guest answer and stop talking over them. Sorry but had to turn it off as I couldn't finish watching due to the above reasons

  5. wish i couldve heard a little more from the guest, it seems almost rude to envite such a wonderful person and only have her speak a handful of times like that. Wouldn't have minded the show moving to 40 min for it, wouldn't've minded if a story had to get cut for that.

  6. I have been a fan of Jan Burke's fiction for years. Good to see her in person and to know she's taking an active stance in real crime fighting. Nice podcast; Jan was articulate and informed, knowledgeable about past crimes and current practices. Good Job !!

  7. First time watching and I gotta say I'm not a fan of the host. Seems like he's struggling for words and direction. Unfortunate that he ran over the guest when she was talking, she was taking control of a weak show.

  8. We have at least one serial killer in South St Petersburg Florida if not a few of them and nobody's doing anything about it 1 kills teenage boys in the other kills druggies. A transient couple was chopped up down there. The area os predominantly black, so nothing is being done. It is terrifying and very sad.

  9. I’d like to remind you that your water bottle is there for a reason; make use of it. When your mouth is 2 1/2” from a sensitive microphone the microphone knows before you do that your mouth is dry and picks up all the sounds your mouth makes that are not words.
