In 2019, Hannah Payne witnessed a hit-and-run accident. She called 911 to report the crash — but instead of following instructions from dispatchers — she allegedly followed one of the drivers involved in the crash, Kenneth Herring, and demanded he return to the scene. Payne then allegedly fatally shot the man as he sat in the driver’s seat of his car. The 25-year-old is charged with malice murder, two counts of felony murder, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, and three counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

The defense attorney is asking the medical examiner questions just to ask questions. He should've just passed on questioning her when he obviously had absolutely no point to any of his questions. It's like he was looking for an anatomy lesson instead of defending his undefendable client.

Your big brain thought you had a “gotcha” moment, like your lawyer does after every meaningless cross examination he has. He has asked and asked and re-asked the same irrelevant questions that have NO point until exhaustion and it does nothing to help your case.

You told Busey to question her about some stack of photos and some “interview” you had after the accident and the Prosecutor jumped at that objection quicker than Camille Vasquez when Amber Heard was on the stand 😂 The look on the Prosecutor’s face was a look of pure anger and she knew what was coming from the 2 of your was either 1. Not allowed to come in or 2. Was designed to mislead the jury by twisting the truth of what happened to force “reasonable doubt”. I thought the Prosecutor was going to turn around and expose the whole scheme being done by the defense.
But no. None of what you think you have is helping and you clearly are guilty and have no remorse at all. Your lawyer is not arguing that you didn’t do it, he’s going after the 911 dispatcher and their “protocol”, how forsenics is done, a lab not listing the hundreds of names of drugs on a report but simply writing out the top names and leaving the rest off of the report in name but stating they were tested and were negative and now saying the cop is wrong for not collecting what YOU think was important. Meanwhile, it has been proven the victim was sober and unarmed at the time but you insist on smearing his name with these truck photos. Hannah has yet to shed a tear in court, still believes that she did nothing wrong and has been sitting there smug when videos and photos of the day are shown. Both of you suck and I hope you have the life you deserve.

I know this attorney seems very unlikable but he has to try to defend her to his best ability, otherwise there's a strong chance for mistrial. And he could be disbarred. Under our laws even the worst people are entitled do the best defense possible .It also makes it harder to appeal on grounds of ineffective council.
