Child support and sex both of us enjoyed it our duty to take care of our child, but don't kill your child because of that American law is the problem it men in pressure
My advice is if the other parent shows signs that they don’t care about the child, DONT GO FOR CHILD SUPPORT.. child support is a gateway for a angry man to have legal access to your child. No telling what was happening that made her cry when she had to go with him but a couple hundred a week wasn’t worth it. A lot of people keep saying it’s not the mom’s fault and they are right. But asking for child support after 3 years because you and your husband need more money, mixed with ignoring her child’s pleas until the last minute shows greed and selfishness on her end. Moms that would skip the country if there child didn’t want to go understand. I would’ve payed him to cancel the court order and stay away.

Very sad. It pains my heart to see a little baby girl die like that at the hands of her father just because he didn't want to support her financially. That is the reasons why i take care of my son alone. If i have to beg a father to support his own child i will do it all alone. It is not easy i must say, emotionally and financially but i will not be going back and forth with any man to support his child. Even after countless stories of this crap happening women still get pregnant in uncommited relationships to men who they either don't know if they want to be dads or know they don't want to be dads. Sex is not a "must" at the beginning of a relationship and yet humans can't help themselves. They need to make idiotic choices and then mourn the consequences.

So the mother risked her child’s safety and life due to her greed and love of money? He made it clear since the beginning that he wants nothing about it but the only thing her lazy ass was seeing was a dollar sign. There was one innocent victim here – the little girl. Her mother, while certainly a very sympathetic character, is not without fault. For one thing, don't get pregnant with creepy dudes, and don't get pregnant outside of marriage. For another, when the child's dad is the type of lerson who has left threatening messages on your answering machine? Then don't file for child support. Just run the other way.

Children suffer every time there’s a custody problem. When will children be put before adult situations. This man is so disgusting. These visits should have quit court ordered or not. His coworkers should have spoken up might stopped this child’s death. Disgusting monster.
She let her daughter get killed fuck that. IF your baby cries when u tell them there father is coming to pick them up from school or better yet, Every time you mention they're father is coming to visit. If a sad crying hysterical reaction is what u get. Something is really wrong here.
These are the kind of cases that break up grandmothers and the mother's heart. My gut feeling tells me when that little girl came home. Crying on more than one occasion. When she cried at school that she didn't want to go with her father. My gut feeling tells me that he was either mentally or physically abusive to her when she would be on her visits with him. Of course, he didn't want to pay child support but I think that day at school picking her up he knew eventually that his physical and mental crimes against her the little girl with talk. I think this was his main motive for wanting to murder. That beautiful little angel. May she rest in peace and my condolences to all of her family. I truly Hope that he Burns in hell.

If this man had the option to opt out of the choice the woman made to keep the child then this poor child would not have suffered such a tragic death. They both willingly participated in a sexual relationship and whether or not they used birth control doesn't matter whar matters is only ONE had control over whether a pregnancy was carried to term and that is the person that should carry the financial responsibility for the choice SHE made knowing exactly what his stance was.
