Prosecutors and judges should not get immunity! They are just as likely, even more so, to use their position to commit crimes! Where do "We the People" get justice, when the SCOTUS gave them free passes to commit crimes!

I was searching prosecutorial misconduct based on another case I am watching and clicked this and it broke my damn heart!!! Often times you kind of relate it to those who served so many years in prison for a crime they didn’t commit and then to see this from the other side of where the family (the victim) how they failed to get justice for this young man who was a straight arrow and wanted to serve his community. That cop is a disgrace for those comments he made!
I would sue the state for fumbling the case.
