Albuquerque, NM – @Copwatchtv has obtained shocking footage showing a man named James Hoefert chasing an aggressive driver while his two small children are in the back seat of his SUV. The chase turns into a high speed chase and shootout throughout the streets of Albuquerque.
The two children can be heard continuously crying and pleading with the driver to “just go home” as he screams expletives at a 911 operator before the other driver eventually rams his car. At one point during the video Hoefert opens fire on the truck who rammed him.
In the bizarre video recorded on Hoefert’s personal dash cam we see what appears to be a radio scanner, police emergency lighting system, and a siren similar to the ones used by actual police officers.
At one point Hoefert fires around ten shots at the truck after jumping out of his car and chasing him on foot.
Hoefert was charged with shooting from a car, child abuse, and using unauthorized emergency equipment, sentencing is pending.
There is a warrant out for the driver of the truck who was identified as Nathaniel Jack for driving while intoxicated, and other charges related to this case.

I get sooo mad everything I hear his kids crying and this asshole ignores them the whole time. He is all wrong especially when he pulled the gun the first time.
The way he said at the start "Threatening my kids fuck that" tells you this guy is just waiting for an excuse to go all John Wick cause at that moment anybody with normal mindset would of just ignored the other driver or at the most gave them the middle digit and not point gun in they're face & chase, the other driver probably spoke back to him cause he pointed gun at him but all Wick heard was "Threatening my kids" you chose death! Should of left it at 1st pointing of gun cause ok he cut you up but you sure scared him with Wick mode so game over go home but nope.

Who cares if the dude behind you is going too slow for the left lane, the people in FRONT of you who are going too slow for the left lane should be the ones you care about?
