17 Times?! And they still didn't remove the children?!
Flight attendants have been given too much power to kick people off planes. They went crazy kicking fliers off if their masks were down, while they were eating peanuts, etc. If the flier tried to tell them they were eating, they attendant didn't like the tone, or the look they gave, and made them get off the flight. Even when people around the person tried to defend him, the attendant got more upset. It's like they take their bad day out on the people paying good money to fly! I recently saw an entire plane load of people get off the plane, because the flight attendant over reacted and kicked someone off the plane, for a super minor issue!
You could call it Truly Criminal, every day!

My niece and her husband, at the request of a child’s grandparents, have custody of a boy who’s mom is a drug addict. At the age of 4 he was able to articulate to his mom, “I’m the way I am because of you”! My niece has made a huge difference in his life over the last 3-4 years. I pray his mom can recover but also that he gets to continue his childhood in the safe environment he is currently in.
As a retired Social Worker, ( retired because of stress and physical illness). It undoubtedly has to be one of the most thankless jobs that exist. If you do your damned if you don’t your also damned. My area of experience was adult mental health, I can’t imagine how much worse child care is. However I am not in any way justifying what happened to this little boy. Unforgivable
The child has on audio tape on his mother's phone saying he wants to live alone and he wants people to come and hurt her so he doesn't have to see her again!! that doesn't sound to me like a child who likes his living environment
I watched a video of an interview with AJs piece of shit mother. I honestly think she admitted to why she killed him she believed he had ODD( oppositional defiant disorder). She murdered him. And I believe she admitted to why. She is trying to blame it on him. She is a cold hearted bitch. I hope the woman in jail treat her the way she treated her son, with no mercy.

I just got done listening to her whole court case, she didn't seem to show no remorse and her sentence was not long enough 35 years smh. The system failed that poor baby, I hope that there is family to take AJ's lil brother and I hope they sue. Those poor children💔

17 times!?!?! The system failed that poor baby terribly! 17 times yet never found a reason to remove the children!?!?! 17 TIMES!!!!
We had a case in Michigan here where they prosecuted the CPS worker and the supervisor. It was dismissed, however it should have set a president 4 how account ability is Central to saving the lives of our children. If that worker does not have documentation,( which I don't see how she/he could) to affirm the conditions were okay then she/he needs to be spoken with. Even the police officer was disgusted when he walked in there. Then Joanna tried to say they flipped her house, what did they bring the bugs in too?. Just absolutely ridiculous. I am so tired of the system failing our babies.
Cunningham only got 35 years. Feel like she should have gotten the max….60 years for what he put that poor boy through.

The forensic cell phone evidence includes a shopping list for duct tape, air freshner, garbage bags, etc. on tge fathers phone. On the mother's phone there are two videos of her beating AJ who is naked with exception of bandages on his wrists and around his hips and has bruises on his face, head and neck.
