The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Ishmeal Rider Eaddy. Ishmeal was last seen November 26, 2024, at 7:00 am on the 20xx block of Bucknell St.
He is 14 years-of-age, 5’1”, 130lbs, stocky build, with short hair and was last seen wearing a school uniform gray pants, burgundy shirt, black shoes, brown hoodie with a plaid jacket over top. Ishmeal may be in the area 25th and Snyder (Smith Playground).
