  1. Here's what I don't understand: if Michael Lizarraga is an adult, and admits to having a TWENTY YEAR OLD over at his house drinking alone… Why is he not charged with her death for letting her drink and drive from his place??? The fact he got away with that is crazy.

  2. Why the fuck would you let someone who is drunk and WAY younger than you drive home??? Just WHY? Call her a fucking Uber or tell her to wait and sober up. You DON'T fucking let them drive home drunk. Smfh.

  3. RIP Aly. Sincere condolences to the family and friends. I think this was an accident. Some people look for someone/something to blame when a loved one passes away, a type of coping mechanism I think. But unfortunately they don't realise most teens/young adults have secret lives (either drugs/alcohol/older friends whatever it is they think people will frown upon.) well hidden from family. I don't mean this in a derogatory way at all. It's just life.

  4. If a 37 y/o man takes a women's keys he could be charged if she gets pissed at him. Plus it's not his responsibility. She's 20. She's an adult. People need to take responsibility for themselves. She's not 3 year old. She could of called family members to pick her up. Her family could of called to check up on her to see when she's coming home etc.

  5. I believe that I know what happened. There were men in her truck when they showed it going around the gate. Aly had to stop briefly to go around the gate, that's the only place between Mike's house that she left and where her truck was found whereby she had to briefly stop. She would have paused at the gate. The place where she was found was just 1/2 mile from where her truck was found, meaning only 1/2 mile from the gate. where the man was. While she drove along at regular speed nobody could have abducted her. When she stopped at the gate, and we know she absolutely had to stop at the gate, she made herself vulnerable. She couldn't have been abducted beyond that point or her truck wouldn't have ended up there. She couldn't have been abducted before that point because she was driving down the road and had no known reason to have stopped anywhere. We know for sure that she stopped at the gate, I know for sure there are men in her truck when it's shown in this video. Everything revolves around the gate and her stopping there. Where did the man that abducted her come from? I think they said that the FBI is involved, I hope that I can make contact with them.

  6. Sorry, but a 37-year-old is not going to take away the keys of a 20-year-old. He knows he'd be automatically labelled a creep, perv, whatever. That's the world we live in…can't help someone if you're "too old".

  7. no offense to the aunt who said "why didn't he take her keys" ….that's not his responsibility. Some might even think that he could have forced her to stay, if she had, etc. Also they hardly knew each other…he probably did think she might have been okay or possibly just didn't know what to do.

  8. "She's 20. Take her keys." Yeah, right. If he did that this aunt would probably claim he was trying to abduct/hold her hostage. Like she herself said, she's 20, meaning she's legally an adult and able to make her own decisions. It sounds like this girl had done this kind of thing before. Obviously not saying she deserved to die but it sounds like this was caused by her own mistakes and decisions, not a malicious act by someone else.

  9. I stopped two drunk women from driving on 2 different occasions and i know i saved at least one life. See was a big strong girl grabbed the stirring wheel on me twice almost drove the car into a guard rail on the highway. Had to call the cops on her. When u see something bad that is going to happen step up.

  10. Is it just me or could she of been trying to hid from someone following her and got stuck?! Or was the walnut orchard her "back roads", she got stuck and had to walk home were she potentially had to swim across at some point and unfortunately was swept and drowned.

Very strange and very sad. I hope her family gets answers and justice if need be!
