He’s getting an acquittal, the state has failed on all accounts, it’s pathetic and everyone should be disgusted. The duration, the hung jury, all of the tampering and contamination, there’s no conviction to be had here.

Im rarely impressed with U S lawyers. This team though have really dug deep and done an incredible job .. If I was on the jury at the trial I would have acquitted and I think hes guilty ! Id have been bound by the evidence and to date there is none ! No gun no GSR no witnesses and lets be honest the only tangible evidence was found on a surface previously tested five times.. A farce of a trial and its a shame the new jury wont be aware of the shocking behaviour of the state throughout the first trial
