  1. Everyone was going on saying oh there was no blood, no struggle, etc.," this man is 10x the size of this tiny baby girl. He hit her too hard, strangled her, or whatever else. That won't leave blood, etc., when they asked that nephew was she alive, his eyes darted, and you could tell right there he was lying for his uncle out of fear of him and the family. That little girl was dead and carried out, looking like she was asleep in her coat and blanket dead! Everyone saying "Oh, he had 7 kids, and none of them hurt before." No,but he could have been done and tired of raising kids.

If she ain't dead, then like that woman officer said, she saw that little girl. He 100% could have sold her.

That mother is gonna feel ao stupid when they do find that little girls body, or that little girl sold by that father. I have no clue why she is siding with him over her own family and mother!

The fiancé i think 100% told the truth on the stand and is now recanting due to his family hating her and not helping her and her child.

  2. So some men flagged you down just to take your ragedy car, kept the baby, because yea 2 men want the responsibility of caring for a baby. It don't add up. He accidentally killed that baby. He exactly where he supposed to be.

  3. Ted Bundy was also a lovely step dad 🙄 His story is implausible & the sitings of the baby are ludicrous. He had 17 minutes that couldn't be accounted for, the fiancé confirmed the screams and the nephew didn't describe seeing the baby alive. Guilty.

  4. I’ve seen over the last few years people car jacking cars while children are in the back seat all the time, for some reason I can help but believe him they have the wrong person. She probably is alive it’s really sad, he hit her yes he’s wrong not sure if he killed her though I need more information

  5. This gotta be the craziest case ever. Why didn’t anyone go knock on the door of the house that the police lady said she saw the little girl at ?? Why didn’t the investigator take any pics during his stakeout ?? The mom said she went by the house but never went in or knocked on the door???!? If that was my child I’d of been in that house. Also what kind of a parent creates a make shift paddle ?!? Then his fiancé testifying against him smh.

  6. I went to high school with both sat next to Banicka and ran track with Deandre. I actually think Deandre is innocent. Something happen, they snatched that girl..could have been drug pay back or actual carjack. The area he was in highland park is deadly rough. I thonk deandre got railroad cause he is black inner city man, poor couldn't afford court. I hope peace for Banicka. She was so kind artistic and gentle in school, she lived a hard life from childhood to now. Deandre may have record since 18 but he was gentle giant soul in highschool. He too grew up very poor hard life. Poor area. He was a players man player in highschool. We all grew up with whippings and paddles. We grew up from the verse. Dont spare the rod. All of Banika relatives left her in the dust. Last known, she living in a delapitated home. No water, no heat.

  7. Ok lady after the noise did you go check ya baby cas first if all no man should be putting his hands on a two year that's a weak women to let a man hit her baby exspecially not for potty training simple women they should both be in jail

  8. I recently saw that in Discovery ID. Its EZ. The truth is this piece of shit killed the child than he scared…. He throw the body in to the trash/container what is close to incinerstor. The workers next day take the trash. Than the body is burned….thats the reason why nobody find the body. Sadly. But this is logical. And 100% this happened. I hope that shit is rot in the jail for the rest of his life!

  9. I'm going to say this about this case. I've worked in the courts for many years. I've watched Judges, defense attorneys and Prosecutors work on the same team. If they want you they will come up with ways to ensure a conviction. I'm that officer who had enough courage to stand against the BLUE WALL and testify for a man I've never seen before during his Jury Trial. I knew the Prosecutors and they knew who I was.
However, they were very shocked to see me walked thru the door. They knew I wasn't going to be intimidated by them. The
very reason why I crossed my arms on the witness stand. They knew what that meant in court. I exposed the police dept and the Prosecutors office when this case was aired. I'm very well known down in that office. The very reason why this missing person isn't ever shown on local television. If anyone is guilty is DPD AND WCPO.

  10. I think the father is 100% innocent. How can you convict someone when the victim's body has never been found???? There's literally no evidence that says the father killed her. Who knows? She might still be alive.

  11. Okay I can’t say if he did I can’t say if he didn’t I know one thing he never should’ve beat a 2 year old baby with a paddle over an accident like wtf shes a baby if she had an accident just wash her up and change her clothes and if I was Banika I’d be upset cause she’s just a baby again just change her clothes and call it a night don’t beat the baby over a damn accident. Also if the police officer and others say that they saw her they should’ve look into it immediately.

  12. I kind of get off vibes from the mom like she isn’t telling the truth. I just know when someone is lying. And she is lying and will not make eye contact in any interviews or on the broadcasts. Pay attention.
