The police composite sketches alone will show that it was multiple shooters. Only two looked like Berkowitz, the DeMasi/Lomino sketch looks like a photo of John Carr. I was 11 years old and living on Long Island at the time and following the news every day. Even as a kid I always wondered why the sketches looked so different.
The sketches were so different because two of them are of Sons of Sam Carr. Michael and John Carr. Both deceased son after DB arrest.

Witness testimony is the most flawed evidence there is, if there are the same multiple witnesses that see and describe a person?
