The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person. A 24-year-old Melvin Lee Warthen Jr was last seen on Friday, November 29, 2024, at 10:30 a.m., on the 8XX block of West Girard Avenue.
He is 6’7″, 180 lbs., brown eyes, and black hair. His clothing description is unknown at this time.
