This sounds to me like possibly a female was involved as in a jealous female who didn't like Hannah talking to her boyfriend and the boyfriend went along with the GF too prove his love to her and murdered Hannah, they lived in those. apartments.

Why didn't the GBI collect DNA swabs from every resident in the apartment complex and those who rode the school bus.I believe teens shouldn't have smart phones or PlayStation connected to chat with strangers and I think the age of driving should be raised to 18.

I was about 18 or 19 when this happened. Id just moved into Gville for college and lived just a few miles away from her. She and I would have had a lot in common and her death really saddened me.
I have established myself in the area all these years later and I still think of her often. I hope that she has found peace while we continue seeking her justice here.
I check in from time to time to see if there has been any movement on her case.

Don't think it was a "stalker" who murdered her. At all. I suspect it was someone she really really knew and though I have an idea of who.. unfortunately the evidence really washed away with that rain. I pray her family gets justice. Being at her memorial felt so unreal.. the last time I saw her is still vivid in my head just a few days before her murder. Just sad.

Police had many many leads, to nowhere. Cops search the large appartement complex and the surroundings, to have her body found by a passerby a day later in the wood behind the appartement complex not even a quarter mile away, but now the heavy rain that fell out during the night, made sure all forensic evidence is gone … Makes one think. If you want an investigation to be botched, this is the perfect example of how to do it …
