Be advised that the following are three separate incidents and are not related. All suspects are charged with murder and related offenses. Mugshots are not available at this time.

Incident #1:

On Monday, June 10, 2024, at 11:03 pm, 25th District officers responded to the 7xx block of E. Ontario Street for a radio call “Person with a gun”. Upon arrival, officers located the victim Joel Colon-Cruz a 27-year-old male, inside the Kitchen Express Chinese Restaurant suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the head and torso. Medic 57 pronounced the victim dead on scene at 11:09 pm. The preliminary investigation indicates that the decedent was inside the restaurant when the assailant entered wearing a mask and gloves and began shooting the victim. On December 4, 2024, Detectives were able to obtain approved charges of Murder and related offenses against Talil Parker a 27-year-old black male in the death of Colon Cruz. Parker is currently in custody at CFCF for parole violations.

Incident #2:

On Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at approximately 10:11 AM, 22nd District Officers responded to a radio call for a “Check on the Well Being” on the 26xx block of N. 17th St. Upon their arrival, responding officers were met by the decedent’s family members, who had gained access to the decedent’s 2nd floor, rear apartment. Responding officers entered the apartment and observed Tianna Wells lying on the floor, bleeding from a cut to her neck. The decedent was subsequently pronounced dead, on location, by Medic #22 at 10:43 AM. After an extensive investigation, Detectives reviewed the facts of the case and secured an arrest warrant for Quader Moore a 21 yea-old black male, charging him with murder and related offenses in the death of Wells. On December 4, 2024, Moore was apprehended on the 59xx block of N. 5th Street.

Incident #3:

On Monday, June 3, 2024, at 7:54 PM, 24th District Officers responded to the 3000 block of Water Street for a radio call of a “Person with a Gun”. Upon arrival, officers located an unresponsive victim (Nicholas Delgado) on the highway suffering from a GSW to the right leg. Officers transported the victim to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 8:41 pm by Dr. Rhodes. The suspect was identified as Ramon Rodriguez entered into NCIC wanted status. On December 4, 2024, officers were working in the area of 32xx block of N. Phillip Street and observed Rodriguez inside the location. Rodriguez fled on to a rooftop to the rear of 200 W. Allegheny Avenue where he was taken into custody without further incident.
