  1. A bullshit story…. How is it that your husband rapes you. I think he is a scumbag, but at the same time, she should have just left him. How are you married to someone that you have no clue of who there are. This man is the man you were stupid enough to marry. She said she was not stupid, but I can't imagine someone this stupid…..

  2. My thoughts about this case: not only that judge is a moron, but he got to have a pervy mind as the husband for him to not only place that sob on house arrest to the home he victimized his own wife, but also tell her to forgive him and that he’s a good father. Very inappropriate for a judge of the law to tell a victim at her weakest point. That judge needs to be disbarred from the bench.

  3. There should be stricter mandatory minimum sentences for this kind of thing. A judge shouldn't just be able to decide "oh, rape is actually no big deal if it's marital".

  4. Haveing sex freaky or otherwise with someone you took care of for 12 years with absolutely no harm is why he got off so lite but honestly he just should had so called cheated and let her fat ass cry about that instead

  5. Wow, surely there should be someone higher up to step in when a judge gets it that wrong, and said those things publicly in a court. A judge can loose his mind same as anyone can. Surely this judge was not acting like a normal human when saying those things and sentencing. To give a light sentence is one thing, it happens a lot. Rarely people get the justice they should, but to make light of it and say basically get over it and forgive him. I’m shocked. There needs to be people who can step it if a judge doesn’t seem to be all there when sentencing

  6. “As bad as other kinds of rape”? I can imagine that being betrayed by the person you trusted for years as your life partner and protector would be much worse on many levels than being raped by a stranger or a date. This story is disgusting and this judge is appalling.
