If she forged his signature to take out loans AND they weren’t legally married (I’m assuming because polygamy is not legal in America so the second marriage is not legitimate), why does he still have to pay the loans? If someone forges your signature you still have to pay the debt? 😮 If so that’s really horrible.

Bigamy never entered my mind when I married #2, but – after I dumped the crazy mofo 11 months later – I soon discovered he was still married to his first wife. That I have to pay for an annulment is a crime in itself.
