  1. The fitness coach/massage therapist nods yes as she vehemently denies a sexual relationship (her micro-aggressions) with the husband Tex. I fully believe he intentionally shot his Wife.

  2. I don't think he is guilty. I think this was a horrible accident. Doesn't mean he doesn't deserve to be punished, but I don't think this was intentional. I bet his wife would be horrified of this. When her last words were this was an accident and now her husband will die in prison.

At this point they're just saving face for statistics like he did it you do the crime you do the time he wanted to kill her that's the most that doesn't even make sense that's the most stupid thing I could hear some of these judges need to be reevaluated I swear! It's like you got money you can be a judge in some places LOL such a joke knowing what really happened.

  4. I don’t think the EVIDENCE pointed to murder. I think manslaughter and reckless endangerment would have been more appropriate. He should have known better. You don’t just leave a gun casually hanging out. I think the female witness put the nail in his coffin though when she recanted the statements he made when they made it to the hospital.
