  1. The sheer level of this cop's ignorance is stunning. Its already ridiculous that most cops have the exact same playbook, they've had for decades, which is deeply flawed already. But they never are taught anything about psychology, mental illness, addiction, domestic violence, trauma, & the list goes on. And yet, you would think that these people whose entire job is supposed to be investigating things & solving problems, just might realize that a LANGUAGE BARRIER also means a difference in culture, a difference in social cues, body language, what concepts & phrases might mean, & for god's sake, they seem completely blind to the idea that someone here illegally might just be scared of that. I mean, that cop started this video, about HIS own job, with saying that when people go missing its cuz they are drug addicts. Dude needs to be a dog walker & not a cop.

  2. I'm often stunned by what people say about missing women, like this guy, "Its usually about drugs or mental illness? My dude, Google the data on how many women, of every age, in every state, are vanished, & murdered, every single day. And after you've look at those numbers, Google only the data on Native American women that vanish & are never found. The last time I looked, it had 6000 women in a single year.

  3. I think it’s interesting how they don’t want anyone to use his legal status to determine culpability, but they sure don’t have a problem using him not being to speak the language and his status to claim that the prosecution used it as leverage

  4. Despite the Killer taking the police to the site where he dispose of the victim's body, the victim's blood on Rivera's car ; the defense attorney would still try to incriminate the boyfriend. This shows you how messed up our Criminal Justice system is. It is just sheer evil to try to put an innocent person (the boyfriend) in jail.

  5. I completely understand that all of the evidence incriminated him as guilty. But if you look closely at the case, how did Rivera actually grab her so quickly, stab her and put her in the trunk, if she was running to begin with. It would have taken more time than a few seconds. I think it was planned by her boyfriend

  6. 21:42 why does he have any rights? Why don’t they treat him as a military invader as a soldier because he invaded this nation and killed one of your citizens? Why does he get any rights? His lawyers should be arrested also for defending this guy
