Video shows a Pinal County Sheriff’s deputy pulling over a man for speeding on an Arizona highway only to discover that he was drinking a beer while driving in June 2022. The man, who was not identified, called Deputy Frank Sloup a “f**king dirtbag” and told him he would punch him in the face if he wasn’t in handcuffs.
