Pretty sure she's making it all up and killed him because he wanted to dump her but I do have 2 issues:
1) Why did he come over to her house and why can't the prosecution explain this? Are there not phone or social media records? If there aren't any, it does give credence to her claim that he came over uninvited.
2) Why does it take 4 (!) years for her case to be brought before a judge?! Imagine being innocent (not saying she is, but some random person) and having to wait in prison for 4 years before you get acquitted!

I think there is a possibility of rape and abuse but 9 shots is over kill. I think she should get manslaughter. But if that video is really from right before he was killed then it’s clear that she killed him because she thought someone was in there. It seemed like he was legit scared of her.
