  1. Wow. I've been looking for a good trial and took a chance. So far into the defense opening statement, this is far more mysterious than at first glance. There is no wonder there were so many hung juries!

  2. What's with that court reporters sucking on a lemon expressions? Or is she chewing gum?? And her hair is yellow and needs toning. I think Rintala did it but the defense is doing an excellent job of planting reasonable doubt.

  3. I don't know. After watching this defense attorney's opening, I don't know what to think about the prosecution. The way cops/detectives handled this, it doesn't look good. This is definitely not a clear cut case. It's no wonder that the past trials had hung juries.

  4. What an angry defense attorney! She does her client zero favors with her aggression and angry accusations.

Listening her narrative sounds like an entirely different crime/case. And it makes little sense. What in earth is she talking about? I pity the poor jury listening to her.
