This story had brought me to tears. Why the fuck you gonna ask to live after this girl had asked to live and still got shot twice in the back of the head. Him asking for mercy should have been denied and he should been put to death. He don't deserve the opportunity to live. The state should've been on their game. He had an ankle monitor of him. It should've been tracked every moment he made a move. But the state failed to protect the girl and she paid the price do to their blindness. Keep the citizens safe dont assume everything is going to be fine because things can go left and mess over someone else's life and change another family in the worst way.
How could you spare a human like that, you have to be one hell of weak person to grant him mercy. Weak, pathetic people, I hope they feel the guilt of letting him live for the rest of their lives.

I know I could never be a juror. If the evidence proves the defendant is guilty, he’d get no mercy. All of these people are killing others for no reason. I don’t think they deserve mercy. As a family member, I’d walk out when the defendant asks for my forgiveness. I’m not big enough to forgive someone, for taking my loved one from me.
