A convicted murderer who escaped a Pennsylvania prison continues to evade law enforcement after one week of being on the run. Authorities said 34-year-old Danelo Souza Cavalcante, who stabbed his ex-girlfriend to death in front of her two children, climbed onto the prison’s roof and fled from there. The killer has been sighted five times by residents while law enforcement doubles down on their massive manhunt.
