Why was everyone "stunned" by the judge's decision? Anyone with half a brain would understand that's NOT guilty beyond reasonable doubt. Who the hell would plan a murder where there's a chance she would also die? Or a murder suicide that painful and unsure? Cops only have theories. Even the black box said it's an accident. She's drunk and her hair is being pulled. The boyfriend's testimonial is not reliable also. The police wasted their time on this.

I think these twins had a very creepy volatile relationship but trying to kill your sister by driving off a cliff is pretty bad odds, I mean Anastasia could've survived and the other killed, how could you predict the outcome of that horror crash ??

No. The Judge made the wrong decision. If someone pulls your hair to the left your steering usually follows in the same direction. With her alcohol level being so high she shouldn’t have even been behind the wheel… since when do the black boxes lie?
She was drunk, angry, and the fight was brutal and it’s too much for a mind to take and she saw an opening and just want to free herself from the mental, emotional and physical assault. It was circumstantial accident

If you had someone in a fit of outrage yanking on your hair while you are driving in a massive argument.. what would you do? Would you subconciously turn to the left to get away? The attacker is to the right. I think the judge got it right. Little girl was obviously not the sweet pea daddy thought she was.
