I like how they say he’ll die behind bars. What’s funny is that they were at his residence talking to him through his speaker box. Clearly he was released.
poor lady she died in a lie thinking he didnt mean to kill her. RIP
The way the trainer says Never but Is nodding is such a body language give away.
Him lying, moving calm and asking the driver to lie while his wife is dying shows he wasn’t in any type of shock all was premeditated
I think this man innocent ,he didn't know the friend would drive in dangerous areaso he couldn't have taught this out and planned your married in late 70s you don't kill your wife your at end of your wife and everyone said he adored her
Dianaaaa! Even on her death bed she said it was just an accident smh
Serves him right
Old as hell doing bs. He took that gun out, murdered her, asked for the other person to drive slower so she suffers and then still couldn’t get her money. I feel like she wanted companionship but knew people could use her for money so she was cautious.
Who goes to sleep with a gun in their hands?! Only Ted🙄
The trajectory of the bullet shows the gun pointed upward…imagine when you hold a gun while sleeping… the gun is heavy, he’s an old man and he must be tired from playing golf … with all these factors something’s don’t make sense
Be careful who you marry.
Super punishment sir he deserves every bit of it. He should have taught thousand time before he pull the trigger. Putting her away and enjoy life. Not only that he must have taught for his age the law will believe him.
Tex had his day in the sun. Now it's in the dank darkness of prison. He should have just loved his wife like he vowed to.
Guns and "accidental" shootings go hand in hand with supposedly perceived dangers, …. especially when you have the choice of which route you take before you take it … and if you are that worried about that perceived threat, why would you let yourself fall asleep again? … especially now that you are both armed and dangerous … was the danger really ever outside of the vehicle?
Yeah but I bet his wife was annoying as fuck.
The judge looks like Michael Phelps
1:35 the look on his face is like he just thought he was about to get off on all the charges. Almost like he was trying to keep a straight face and not smile
May he enjoy his 3 hots and a cot
to old to have an affair
And then they gonna accident put you in prison.
Falling asleep holding a gun and still shooting precisely on target. He should be in Guinness .
LoL
His side chick lied. U know his lawyer did! And u know he is guilty as hell! But it was a nice performance all the way down to the crocodile tears and no more Mistress and no more freedom! People never get away with murder! One way or the other/ God holds them all accountable!'They will be in hell/ prison forever!'
He’s totally guilty. Guns don’t just accidentally fucking go off. RIP to Diane!!
You never ever ever put your finger on a gun trigger unless you are going to fire it!! Period!!
It’s satisfying seeing someone caught, especially when they were so smug thinking they could get away with it. Justice.
This was a cold-blooded premeditated murder. The Motive was money.
They were DRIVING as in the car was in motion in whatever neighborhood they were in. It's not like they were stopping for gas or anything. Did he really think that they were going to get assaulted while IN A MOVING CAR???
Good ole life insurance, the cause of countless murders in America every year.
This is one of the only times, I think that justice was served.
So this "lawyer" didn't know Georgia law? The arrogance of him to think that he could get away with it.
He got exactly what he deserves
