If anyone is curious how exactly this fraud worked He would get loans directly from denny’s investment corporation. The investment corporation would constantly write him loans and he would pay back those loans with the new loans however, Since he never bought real property the investment corporation was writing him the loans eventually ran out of loan money to give him since he never turned a profit on any property that he allegedly bought. And when the investment corporation ran out of loan money to give him the company went insolvent that video he did not have enough money to pay back their investors
