Nevada man Thomas Randolph was sentenced to death in 2017 for the murders of his sixth wife and the man he allegedly conspired with to kill her. Randolph’s conviction was overturned in 2020 after the Nevada Supreme Court ruled that prior-bad-act evidence used in the trial may have tainted the jury’s objectivity. Four out of six of Randolph’s wives ended up dead.

Friends, the only way that the jury would have come back with a "not guilty" verdict would have been if they didn't really listen to what the defense was trying to get from O'kelly. The things they were asking him about did nothing to help show that TR was not guilty. Thank goodness the jury was paying attention to the Defense Attorney's BS and dismissing it for what it was. Clearly ridiculous.

I swear, sometimes I don’t know if Detective O’Kelly is a State witness or defense witness! 😤 He is so passive and lets the defense attorney run ALL over him and speak over him! I can’t imagine what type of detective he was! Then, the way he answers questions is so infuriating at times! The defense attorney’s question may not require him giving a full answer that may be unfavorable to the prosecution, but he will still add the rest even if he’s not asked! So frustrating!! I’m like, do you want this POS to be back out on the streets again?!? 🙄🤬
8:05:10 whether this is fair or not, this one little reaction from this witnesses makes me trust him a whole lot less. Really unprofessional and reminiscent of a reaction from a teen boy who’s mom just told him to clean his room. If I was on the jury that would stick in the back of my head.

I work in the substance use field and this is such an outdated “war on drugs” kind of take that demonizes all substance users as evil violent out of control menaces which simply isn’t based in reality but instead in fear mongering
The Mossberg gentleman is a solid witness and the prosecutor did an even more solid job tearing apart this defense expert without insulting or dismissing but by using his expertise. Classic cross exam done superbly!
I watched the NBC 4 Part with episodes of the entire investigation and going back through all his marriages – and the last trial in which he was convicted and given death penalty…….. I am praying he is convicted in this matter – he is guilty — and if he isn't – Heaven help his next victim! There will be one – he will truly believe that he is invincible.
