Bryan Kohberger’s defense team is challenging evidence used to charge him with the murders of four University of Idaho college students. Investigators used genetic genealogy to link Kohberger to the brutal stabbings using DNA from a knife sheath found at the crime scene. Kohberger’s attorneys claim the genealogical testing is flawed and unreliable. The Law&Crime Network’s Angenette Levy breaks down the latest development in the Idaho four murders case with famed Philadelphia defense attorney Fred Perri.

  1. If i was the prosecution id be happy to hand it over, that is unless there was something in there that could destroy the whole case! if it is his dna thats found under a victim then hes placed at the murder scene, other than blood, prints or cctv you couldn't get better evidence putting him at the scene. So you wouldn't be worried about handing it over because he couldn't get out of it in theory, however it is surprising that they dont plan on using it in the case as evidence but only as a lead to catching him! To me it says the dna is very poor and not strong enough to use or they have better evidence that trumps the dna like blood hair or weapon

  2. Let's stop stalling this murder case okay everybody in the world knows that there's only one suspect and this is called Brian the mute you are a certified killer and I can't wait till the verdict comes in is guilty guilty guilty guilty guilty quit passing around Boy you know you you killed these four innocent students

  3. This dude is going to turn our justice system upside down. My take is he went to school found how easy it was to get away with murder and wasn’t happy with it and made his mind up that he would live out the movie law abiding citizen just to expose how screwed up our justice system is. My heart goes out to the family’s of the kids that lost there life to such a selfless act.😢

  4. Statistical match or not, this micro-dot of "touch DNA" on an otherwise DNA-free knife sheath is extremely circumstantial. Moscow Police regularly performs recruit visits at the WASU Criminology and Criminal Justice Department and could easily have picked up some of Kohberger's touch DNA there. Touch DNA is no proof that the suspect was ever at the crime scene.

  5. He’s going to get away with it, if he is even guilty. The dna match was illegally obtained and the video they have is very weak. It’s not illegal to drive around; also There are rumours the house was a drug spot he did heripine was he driving to get some?

  6. So investigators followed up on some DNA found at the scene? What about the 3 other sets of DNA they didn’t, and won’t follow up on? BK should go home on a mistrial. I hope LE thinks about what they did and actually try to solve this.

    No victim DNA on BK.
    No connection to victims.
No knowledge of him visiting the house.

You know who has a connection to the victims and potentially has visited the house several times?: the Sigma Chi boys next door.

  7. OMG!! That's the movie I was thinking of because Joe pesci was not a good lawyer, matter of fact you wasn't a lawyer, in the movie! So that's what comes to my mind.
In my opinion it's a bit SUSPICIOUS!

  8. He was the 'Door Dash's driver & went to police & they cleared him… Without any leads they used his coffee/drink cup when he talked to them. Being cleared & cops made a fit to suspect. *Most likely the guilty party is an ex-military guy from the town which most likely killed in combat & still likes it. The murderer is known in town & most likely has ties with police/government.

  9. Another way it could be possible how the awful Idaho 4 crimes happened is that alleged suspect, bk, was doing drugs as he had in past ,so he didn't want it known or he could be expelled from University and went at night to get drugs. When he got there to King Road known as a drug party house ,Maddie concerned of comment to her by this Jack saying, "They will get you for that " told alleged suspect bk,

Thus she told alleged suspect,bk, of Jack's remark and he said, " I will help you." Then Maddie tired and sleepy, drinking a lot if so fell asleep. Thus alleged suspect,bk, put his knife and Sheath kindly beside her on the bed to protect her and explains why no DNA of Maddie was on Sheath. Then alleged suspect,bk, had to go back to Washington University. .

All this from the prospective of looking at this from alleged suspect, bk's being a good person prospective. Others have looked at it from his being a bad person prospective.
