The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered juvenile Ky’lah Gibson. Ky’lah was last seen Tuesday December 24, 2024, at 6:00 PM on the 40xx block of O St.
She is 12-years-of-age, 5’4″, 98 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing grey sweatpants and white T-Shirt.
