Boring Fitness Vlog Update: Devil is in the Details – Everything Law and Order Blog

The latest update in my fitness challenge with Officer Daniels! I’m learning about how little details can hopefully make a larger impact in a cumulative way both with my approach to eating and exercise.

Sorry it seems like I have Parkinson’s but the UPP left me with no choice of equipment other than a selfie stick. It is what it is.

  1. Yes..I'm aware the video is shaking a lot. That's what happens with the UPP only leaves me a selfie-stick to work with. This is why he's underpaid.

  2. I saw one of your videos, subbed, and have been watching a bunch of them at a time!

Definitely like the work you do(On Youtube) Good Job Mike!

  3. You do look like you've lost a good amount of weight. Congratulations on keeping up with the challenge of working out either way. Whether you make the video at least your doing it. But props to you for calling yourself out that you haven't shared for those that are looking for those vlogs. Either way I'm still a huge fan!

  4. The guy I get my weed from is a cop. He said it’s like kids selling candy for the school. How much do you guys sell your weed for? It’s seems odd he does 7% tax like the store. I’m just curious is it legal for him to be taxing me?

  5. We were working up for a mission in a place that was going to test my teams fitness, heavy duty cardio requirements, an insane amount of Anaerobic needs and a good amount of upper body strength. So like most Marines we went crazy it’s the training. We lost two team members to Kidney damage, it was temporary, but they were out and the mission was given to another team. If you over train your Kidneys will start throwing off Protein and then you’ll start having really strange symptoms. You Vloging would be OK, with most of us, probably.

  6. Good video, and congratulations on the success. The methodology that you are describing is something the Russians and bulgarians call "Greasing the groove." This is why they generally completely annihilate American when it comes to strength and conditioning. Their philosophy is instead of just killing yourself every single workout, just do a little bit every day. A good example of this is kettlebell work. Turkish wrestlers will swing kettlebells everyday but they will not completely destroy themselves each workout. They will do just enough to get super proficient at it over a specific period of time.

  7. Like your video…and no, it's not boring. My question is…How do I keep motivated to eat right & exercise? Some days I just don't have the energy to do housework, much less exercise.
