Friends, lovers, etc., is still a conflict of interest and I think it definitely affected this trial, her first double homicide being a Judge. Of course Jerold, the father signed a false confession so his sons wouldn’t be harassed by this bully so called “Detective”. He did what any good father would do! I think the victims son is more guilty than the victims brother. He also had motive; money. He was way too calm during the 911 called and was quick to point out a suspect and acted all tough saying he would do this and that to his uncle, etc. I know people react different when they’re in shock, but this son was way too calm in my opinion. If the authorities would’ve done their job, they would’ve found other persons of interest and as a Juror, there would’ve been reasonable doubt…in my opinion…

The son of the murdered couple sounds like a prime suspect. In the 911 call he seems more concerned with establishing his own alibi and pointing the finger at the uncle than grieving the loss of his parents.

why is a judge even trusted after that? lies lies lies should equate to removal from the bench period. That’s a position that should require serious credibility. She’s a trifling woman pushing her power around and needs to be removed accordingly
Why didn't the son be questioned, interrogated! Jacked up all the way round!
Judge needs to be removed from the bench, her license taken away and all cases re-investigated. The investigator should get fired and all of his cases should be re-investigated. The son should have been the first person investigated after hearing his 911 call.
