The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person Yves Paulema. A 72-year-old was last seen on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at 2:30 p.m., on the 67XX block of Lynford Street.
He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, gray shorts, and a tan hat.
