  1. the prosecutor is the dumbest i have seen all my life…a discovery violation WILL break down the whole prosecutor's statements and put doubt in EVERYBODY's mind, plus her attitude is just awful, she's confrontational when she should be calmer, she agitates everyone, she lies, double down, now melly will go free because a mistrial is a BIG NONO for the state.

  2. Prosecutors have become so corrupt and have been running courtrooms wild for so long, untamed.. That they cannot even convict a man who is clearly guilty. It's not just the discovery violation, they put an innocent women behind bars for nothing causing financial, mental and emotional harm… They are soo incompetent and so accustom to operating outside the rules of the court, that a jury will more likely overlook a defendant's guilt, just because they are soo disgusted with how unjustified and corrupt prosecutors have become! They are the catalyst to an unjust system and as a law abiding citizen it is repulsive. People who go along with Jury Duty (Yes there are ways to not go along), actually believe in a fair justice system. Yet one would rather "God" do the judging than partake in this circus and live with whatever decision for the rest of their lives! SIMPLE!

  3. No it's a money trail influence by big record labels and streaming content that affects not only they brand but profit margin as well frar of further lawsuit so the prosecutor is bought they did they job this whole thing was tainted because they knew they wasn't going to get. No death penalty in a high profile case in today's society so the fact they even pursue that as an option is foolish of them

  4. this had mis trial written all over it right? after I saw the article about them getting the phone gps from the towers it made me think Melly didn't do it and that our rights are being violated constantly by terrible humans that are only trying to "win" and cll themselves prosecutors. This is the problem with the country now! Every paper and person in that courtroom working for the state of florida!

  5. Mistrial was the best outcome for the prosecutor because had he been found guilty, the appeal courts would have overturned the verdict. Too many mistakes made by prosecutors. Discovery violations, witness intimidation, refusal to give the defense exhibits?
