Officer Jorge Castello of the Miami PD attempts to stop a driver of an older Honda Civic for a routine plate check, but the driver refuses, sparking a high-speed chase. During the pursuit, the passenger jumps out and flees on foot, leaving Castello to follow the driver as they speed onto the freeway, tossing an object out of the car window. The chase takes a dramatic turn when the driver loses control, crashing into a fence. Unharmed, the suspect bolts from the car and sprints up a concrete embankment, taking the chase to the next level on foot.
