After confirming the state made a discovery violation, Judge John Murphy III snapped at both state and defense attorneys in the YNW Melly double murder trial for their continuous back-and-forth arguments and low blows. “I don’t want your constant back-and-forth,” the judge told the attorneys. “Just get her the copies. That’s it. It’s easy. Just get her the copies. Alright.” YNW Melly is accused of killing two of his friends then staging the murders as a drive-by shooting.

Finding Melly DNA 3 weeks ago seemed so dodgy after all these years and on a car we already know he's been in multiple times, it's useless info and acrually exposes pros insufficient work, the pros has been reaching a lot in this trial, considering they are going for the death penalty you would hope they had a solid case and didn't have to resort to shenanigans like testifying inadmissible statements into the record, not submitting items for discovery or "plugging holes" after the fact
It's fair to say everybody doing their job. His attorney job is to defend him whether he did it or not, the state job is to present evidence without malice that's in conjunction to the charges and the judge keeping a balance between both arguments. Public opinion doesn't matter in the forum. The jury job is to understand the position of everybody involved while making a determination of innocence or guilt. The question still remains what happened to the decease and why did the events that took place transpire the way they did

The defense attorney is an excellent speaker. He's very smart on putting words together in court. The prosecutor is very week and makes no sense often. The judge has a quiet, calm voice and sounds like a judge that likes to be fair.
I don’t know too much about this case but if 4 people in the car and 3 get killed who did the Killing murder mysteries continues
