This LT got information through Word of Mouth that this Store owner was selling loose cigarettes and also allegedly selling K2, however, since the lack of evidence these officers had to raid the store, they decided to hang out in front of the store and harass the customers and the store owner till 4pm when they had no choice to leave because of the Shift change, NO LEGIT WARRANT, NO OVERTIME FOR THEM…..So they left..If a person of color were to approach an Officer on East 77 Street with the same uncorroborated complaint, would you see the same reaction on a White Privileged Store Owner?? I DON’T THINK SO……
