Neither Colborn or Lenk were connected to the rape case or it's investigation. Lenk joined Manitowoc County Sheriff's Department in 1988, well after Avery was convicted and made detective in 1998. Colborn joined Manitowoc County Sheriff's Department as law enforcement officer only in 1996, before that as Corrections Officer from 1992 to 1994.
I am sure I know who killed her. I asked a guy in my no filter way about his son who is a cop in Manitowoc city. If you saw the look on his face you would know he was freaked out and worried. He thought I I knew something I didn't.

This murder investigation is why ANY lawyer will instruct you, never talk to the police without a lawyer present ever. The police are not your friends. There are honest good police in reputable law enforcement agencies, then there is whatever exists in this county. A collection of liars. There was a hit & run case on a major road a few years before Teresa Halbach went missing. The local Sheriff Department refused to call in assitsance from state police agencies like accident reconstruction. The Sheriff investigators told the family those agencies could not get involved, as vehicle crimes were not part of the work those agencies carry out. The Sheriff Deputies lied on both counts they never contacted the State Police, and it was the type of work those agencies do, on a regular basis. It was the same cops who investigated the Teresa Halback murder. Her family deserved better. Steven Avery and the entire Avery clan deserved better than the dishonest & incompetent police work being provided by this Sheriff Department. In the name of Justice this entire case should be tossed, the recent 'Brady' violations by the Sheriff Office uncovered by Katherine Zellner is shocking on it's own….Have the FBI come and pick up the pieces of this mess, test all the evidence, get the new witnesses signing witness statements in court, under a verbal oath, test their credidibility.

Conspiracy nut here. Avery's fate was sealed a long time ago. Not in the halls of justice but halls nonetheless. I've often wondered why women favor Avery but men don't. Well, now I know and you will too if you're reading between these lines.
They moved those cops that shot that unarmed black guys trial to a different city so that they would get a fair trial but not Steven Avery which just goes to show how the so called justice system works.

I can imagine Avery was set up but I can't imagine "they" killed somebody to harm him. Is it imaginable that when the dead Halbach appeared, they took the chance and laid her in the scrapyard? And planted evidence? Waiting for the police et cetera to fall for it?
This is the reason for tougher punishments on lesser crimes because you know they've done worse things, you just can't prove it so you catch them on a smaller crime and give them the maximum sentence. . . This case HIGHLIGHTS everyone's RIGHTS in a Police interview/interrogation. To REFUSE to give that interview/interrogation. I always say NO when asked to do interview..
ALWAYS GIVE YOUR NAME , AGE, & ADDRESS, AND THAT'S ALL YOU GIVE!!!
The Police must than. either ARREST you or walk away.
When they have ARRESTED me, I've still refused to give that interview/interrogation. If you end up in an interrogation room, you must practice saying NO COMMENT, NO COMMENT to each question.
You could be interrogated for hours that's hours of saying NO COMMENT 2 every question.
At the end of the day it is your choice, just like Brendan, Brendan did not know his rights, Brendan could have spent 4 hours of saying NO COMMENT NO COMMENT NO COMMENT. instead Brendan has done 18 yrs in jail.
