These Officers are continuously targeting our youth here in East Harlem…..these kids were stopped, searched, and their information obtained for their personal profile records to target them in the future, and despite all that, the required UF250 form they are supposed to fill out has not been filled out which makes this an Undocumented Stop in the eyes of the NYPD, Which they use that to say that they have stopped “Stop & Frisk” which is bullshit……
