While on Routine Patrol….I came across my favorite Stop & Frisk Officers…Training Day Sgt, Officer Spongebob and his Goon doing their normal routine business, ambushing people in isolated areas like this location, and most definitely Park Avenue….they LOVE Park Ave, less chance of being recorded, hardly Noone after dark walks through there, perfect spot for them to Hunt their Prey.
