We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. Specifically, we  need to upgrade our computer, video editing software and purchase additional video gear. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

  1. Again another cop parking where he shouldn't be. He could of pulled up close to that car to make more room for others to get by. Of all people cops should be aware of this. I mean they give tickets for this kind of crap.

  2. Might want to rephrase what you say to drivers… "We're actually here for you" sounds like you're there to record them. "We're actually here to protect you and your rights." would probably be less confusing and put them more at ease than the former. Otherwise 👍🏼

  3. Just wanted to say how much I truly enjoy your content and what you're doing so much so that I'm binging all your vids!

  4. We appreciate the work you do. Wish they were more true heroes like you fighting to keep people's rights from being violated. Wish you were in minority neighborhoods to see real violation of rights happening everyday.

  5. Police Officer: I pulled you over to find out what time the party starts on Saturday.? Driver: starts at 7:00, and dress Casual. Police Officer: 10 – 4. See you then.

  6. That's strange. I thought Highway Patrol are the legitimate agency for traffic. What's going on. How crazy. The police deal with crimes not traffic matters.

  7. Where does one get the blue coat with the fluffy collar you are sporting ? Appreciate your videos and more so your informative commentary.

  8. What a hero she is!! Man she's on a mission to get those criminals I'll tell ya what. Also you can see the shame in this pig at least. All they wanna do is intimidate people for no reason other than being lonely and empty inside. When the camera went on her, she wanted no part of it.

  9. How nice of the officer to make sure the mean camera man wasn't picking on her.. They are so fake.

  10. AP, Nicely done…. Thanks for being there and holding the authoritarians/cops accountable. I'm going to speculate that she(cop) only said "Have a nice day" to the motorist because she(cop) knew you were recording; otherwise she could probably care less to take the time to express any pleasantries and wants to just scurry off to snag another ticket elsewhere. She's gotta reach those monthly ticket/arrest stats (they won't call them 'quotas' which is what they actually are…. I've been told by plenty of retired cops (and some active ones too) of how the system actually and truthfully operates, which has absolutely nothing to do with any 'public safety'…. the police supervisors demand 'number productions' with 'expectancy goals/targets' or the patrol cops are threatened by their chiefs/supervisors with a variety of administrative/departmental penalties if they don't "produce" ticket/arrest numbers…..sad, but true).

  11. Cops generally pull stupid, inconsiderate crap like that, if you were parked there you'd be ticketed for impeding traffic, but of course she's above the law, they park anywhere they damn please.

  12. This video just goes to show that they are clearly not concerned about public safety, it's all about they Benjamin's $$$$$$ very sad that we actually pay to have money taken from us.
