A 49-year-old man is in custody after he crashed into another car, threatened the other driver and fled from police near Moxee. It happened around 9:30 Saturday morning. Michael Roll is accused of running a stop sign on Beaudry Road and hitting another driver on Beauchene Road. The affidavit says Roll became aggressive when the victim tried to talk to him and write down his license plate number.

Court records say he yelled racial slurs at the victim and grabbed a metal piece of molding, holding it in a swinging position. The affidavit says Roll then fled from police when they arrived to the scene. Documents say he reached speeds near 100 miles per hour and was arrested after flipping the car and crashing into a fence in the 4300 block of Thorp Road. He faces charges of assault, hit and run, eluding and driving with a suspended license.

  1. So you steal someone else's car; it looks OK and there seems to be enough petrol in it for a couple of hours. But, did you check tyre pressures for high speed? If not you're in a whole lot of trouble going round a bend at 160 kph on a slick road with 22 in the tyres. I was hoping the car would catch fire and the cop couldn't get you out.

  2. I'm amazed at the fact that the LEO was able to locate the scumbag!
He was several miles away by the time the LEO arrived!
    😮

  3. If this was a (insert crayola color) person, they’d be rioting in the streets, arrest the officer, and cancel all future trips to mars

  4. i dunno why it bugs me but watching him hold gun 1 handed and run thru street is a fff deathwish but i mean in reality at this point the purp is definatly subdued so meh

  5. Really appreciate the summary of events particularly the final court decision and outcome… That’s so vital so that “young would be joy riders” see and hear the outcome of the fleeing driver’s foolishness that was shown on the screen… so as not to be glorifying bad behavior.. 🙏

  6. I live in the south, so I'm not familiar with this part of the country. But is that hops growing all over place behind those tall fence posts? Just curious, if anybody knows.
