Lubbock Police Officers, Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office Deputies and DPS Troopers were all involved in a car chase early on Sunday morning. The pursuit lasted about an hour and finally ended when LSO deployed spikes on the ground at I-27 and FM 1294. The male driver was taken in to police custody.
The incident began at 3:45 a.m. when an LPD officer was responding to a domestic disturbance at South Loop 289 and Martin Luther King Boulevard. In route the officer noticed a reckless driver, and Lubbock Police say they then realized that was the person who the disturbance call was about. The male driver had allegedly taken a female’s car and was driving away.
Shortly thereafter multiple officials from the three agencies responded to the call and began a 1 hour long pursuit.
LPD tells us they were led all over Lubbock County. Just before 5 a.m. the spike strips stopped the driver. He is in police custody.
We have been informed that the suspect arrested is Coleton Neal Hinsley, age 21.
He has been booked in the Lubbock County Detention Facility, and is facing the following charges:
• Evading Arrest in Motor Vehicle
• Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle
• Reckless Driving
• Felony Warrant
• X3 Misdemeanor Warrants

Tires spiked at 17:00
Martin Luther King Boulevard.
Fool thought he getting away.
The way that driver was walking/moving, I actually thought it was a woman, until I read the description.
oh he was on the phone the entire time and didn't notice the cops behind him . now it all makes sense
Why do cops who are setting out a spike strip always advertise what they're doing by activating their overheads? It's fuckin retarded.
On his phone like a scared bitch. I hate that, when they use the phone as a crutch.
That engine though
Okay serious question to all of you in the know types. (IE lawyers, police, law buffs) he’s in the middle of no where. Why not try a pit maneuver? It can’t be because they don’t want to damage the victims car.
He has the waist and hips of a female, yuk!
A couple of times I saw something interesting in chase videos from Japan (really) and I think maybe Australia or New Zealand? They have a thing that looks like a kettleball, just a big round weight with a handle. They just toss it through your windshield as you go by. It's effective!
Sorry if it's been said, what is the car that repeatedly pulled away from all of the Lubbock police force?
Watch all high speed chases on 2x playback speed. Makes it so much more entertaining
Fuck Lubbock TX
I'm sure theirs a reason, but why do they need 7 or 8 cop to handcuff him?
Почему бы видио не обрезать?!
I think I prefer the calm, quiet commands given by these officers. The usual blaring sirens and screaming aggravates an already tense situation. This guy sounds calm and in control.
Voice on P.A. system is not authoritative at all. Weak
Simon Says: Police Edition
Police in fact was quite nice , he could have been easily riddled with holes for not raising his arms.
19:32 when there's one girl at the party
the east side of Lubbock
Ghost gets scared and flies away at 1:08
I skipped to 17 minutes. I'll only put up with 17 minutes of anticipation if I know the guys gets shot at the end. Not worth it just for spike strips.
They should have shot him for not hanging up the phone, though. One of the cops should have "accidentally" stomped the phone.
IF HE DONT LISTEN,,,SHOOT HIM
But great video!! Keep up the good work 😀
Are you allowed to say the name of the suspect in the video description in the US? 😳 In Germany you would be punished for that :/
