49. what's this I see? dog is biting the perp's leg, cop jumps in bed of truck and starts punching the perp widly? I doubt he was resisting, just trying to push the dog off his leg like any normal human would to stop from biting. Then looks like they get him out the truck, and let the dog continue to bite him, while yelling "put your arms behind your back". yeah right. im sure he was using his arms again to push dog off from biting him,that's normal human reaction. cops want him to put his hands behind his back so dog can freely chew his body up? what the fuck, cops are ass holes
