So, where's the blowout???? I saw a truck that had a brake system failure, and had both it's drive axles lock up. Been driving 30+ years, I've had 4 steer tires blow and countless recaps come apart. I've never left my lane. Hold onto the steering wheel and never, I repeat never brake hard with a blowout and you'll be fine.
What is even more astounding is the amount of traffic.

Wow ! In the UK they would have closed the road off and pissed about for 10 hrs then dropped the speed limit to 30 mph for the next week or two you got it good in the USA

Those barriers are pretty useless then if they are this easy to move. In UK they are made of rigid steel and pretty much unmovable.
