“No” means “no.” Right?

Nope.

Did you know there’s a caveat?

“Unless you really want to search some guy’s car. In which case, ask them again while acting as though they had consented the first time they told you “No.””

  1. If it was anyone but an attorney they would have been dragged out the car. Cops bowing to Devils advocates. The corrupt letting the corrupt go. Imagine if it that was a Walmart worker 🤔

  2. the thing of cops asking you where u been and going doesn't have to be answered on a traffic stop. we are a free people or use to b. I'm 4 cops but bad ones hurt good ones this cop wasn't all that bad and not being able to see things on ur plate is a legal reason to stop u.
this is why I have nothing on plates no burnt out lights and have al papers in a plastic sleeve ready should I b pulled over haven't been in 30+years but u never know.

  3. The only thing that saved this man was his bar code. You can illuminate your plates, that was a bs stop. This is what we all are dealing with in this mass incarceration industrial complex.

  4. You really need to adress youre attitude, dear sir

    Im not you gddmn brother.
If you can't adress me properly, then you just say sir.

Acting as if you are the schoolyard bully, i.d.iot

  5. Whats the rule with the tag border lol. Some FLorida Tags have Sunshine state instead of counties.

  6. Never allow a cop to search your car, who knows what they are planting. The closest thing to a cop is a criminal.

  7. I was moving to Chicago from Texas was allegedly pulled over for a tiny st. Christopher Medallion hanging on a piece of string on my rear view mirror. Definitely it was the Texas plate on my Dodge Challenger. They pulled a bunch of stuff out of the trunk and made me pick it all up. Then because I had replaced the rusty old gas tank straps they made me follow them to the station where they told me they were keeping my car but I could leave so they could get a warrant to disassemble my car. I hate bully's and will never respect any of them they let me go when I sat down and said I go where my car goes.

  8. Ha ha he stopped in attorney that knows the law unlike us notice he didn’t give me any problems

  9. Fun fact: if the police have probable cause, they dont need your permission to search your car.

If they are asking for your permission, it means they dont have probable cause…

    Think it through….

  10. Theres no reason for a cop to search ppls vehicle becuz of a minor traffic infraction that cop is trippin. Imagine how many ppl he gets with that BS.

  11. I suspect that he's NOT attorney though… Based on the fact that he drives around with front end damage for a year… Also, if he is, he's the most disorganized lawyer…took him 5 minutes to find his registration… So where can I get contact him for legal service?

  12. That's why I try to have my insurance and registration not in my glove compartment as soon as he reached over he was shining the light in his back pockets or trying to see his butthole? Why does he have to roll down the passenger window there was no passenger the officer could clearly see everything with that bright light

  13. I love how the officers will ask 2 or 3 times in different ways to search the vehicle…there are words that describe this behavior that I’m not allowed to say on YT. Sort of like missing a chromosome.

  14. Cops have a stupid habit of saying, “Ya understand dat?” They are so stupid. They try to act like Marine Drill Instructors when they are far from that level.

  15. Thank you for uploading this video, condescending though for the tittle, and I bet money most people came here to see an over the top performance by some officer, but no just a regular stop, that happens on the daily. Officer asked a question, driver responded, officer gave him a warning and he was on his way. End of the story.

  16. There is absolutely nothing to gain by consenting to a search and everything to lose. There is no logical reason even if you have nothing illegal. There is a risk of planting false evidence by a cop, though unlikely. Probably would not happen, but a chance. But if cops do a search and find nothing, it's not like you get a coupon for a free oil change or anything. You just do not get penalized and maybe you don't have your car damaged by police during a search. Letting police search your car NEVER makes any sense. Ever.

  17. If a lawyer did give permission for a cop to search his car should be disbarred. I would never hire such an attorney even if a non-criminal matter. Could be estate law, wouldn't want such a lawyer
