On November 14, 2019 Victor Modesto Lopez IV, aka ‘Photo,’ sat down with three deputies of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office to spill the beans. The meeting took place against the advice of Lopez’s attorney, who was not present at any point during the two-hour-plus tell-all.

In this continuation of Photo Spills The Beans, plenty of new revelations come to light, including:

1. At Jeremy’s instruction, Photo has personally altered many Metro State videos. Those videos were later used in court to get Jeremy out of tickets, because they conveniently showed that he wasn’t breaking any laws. Photo would delete the original videos and Jeremy would claim that the camera stopped working.

2. According to Dylan – Jeremy’s half-brother – your antihero is doing fine financially, despite his semi-public statements to the contrary.

3. We learn why Dylan and Jeremy can’t work together

4. Metro State Bail Bonds?

5. Jeremy told Photo to lie to the police

and much more.

Many people have asked where they can see the background footage shown in some of our audio-only stories about Metro State. Until recently, the answer has been “Nowhere,” but that that changed earlier this week when 45+ minutes of footage from Blue Jacket Park became available on Patreon. Join today and watch as Jeremy gets chewed out, Photo nearly has an asthma attack, and the VPU starts to fall apart. Or don’t. It’s up to you.

Update 9/3/20 — The video is being made public today. For those who are interested, there is plenty more exclusive content on Patreon, with much more on deck.

  1. One question I have, what was his business plan regarding the ambulances?! What was he going to do with those? He’d need certified EMTs, even if he was just transferring patients to appointments. And he’d have to pay them a bit more, and contract with nursing homes or hospitals. Like I’m confused.

  2. You should edit the title to Metro Whistleblower. Not only would it be more productive and socially responsible, but it would be more contemporary and attuned to youtube algorithms.

  3. Vision in the background why wasn't he charged with displaying lights he's not doing a funeral escort at that time.

  4. Lmao there really butthurt over this narcissistic ass clown…. this isnt for crimes committed these are a charade and a bunch of hurt feelings lolwaste of time when real criminals could be stopped

  5. Is the one officer performing a confidential recorded interview at his kitchen table? I hear a loud child and other adults in background from his side of the phone throughout both these interviews. It’s hard to clearly hear the dude being interviewed. So odd.

  6. This kid should have listened to his lawyer. It’s good that he is manning up and confessing his crimes. But he needs to at least do it with his attorney present.

  7. Easy solution for safely transporting friends and families to the burial, hire one or two buses without endangering the public at intersections using Jeremy 🛴 DimWittes crew of police impersonators!

  8. I wish the cop with all the noise in the background would either tell people to keep quiet while he's working, or get into a room where the sound doesn't interfere with it. It's very distracting when you have 2 or 3 people talking at the same time, and you hear kids and dogs and home noises every second for like 3 hours straight. Damn that's annoying as fuck.

  9. Man… Whomever the real skinny dude is… Somebody needs to take him a steak or some other slab of meat. Dude looks like he eats a couple bird seeds a day and thats it!

  10. People in the comments saying " this guy isn't a snitch"
Obviously don't know what they are talking about.
This guy is happy as sh!t telling everything he knows, and then some.
Doesn't matter that jeremy is a douchebag
This is a perfect example of snitching.
This guy is singing like a bird against someone (who employed him for years) for crimes that this guy knew where wrong, and that he participated in as well… For years

  11. Dam why'd you post this kid snitching his life ruined forreal.. I mean you guys can say all you want this isnt snitching but I'm from the Philadelphia and have seen brains spread for saying less.. God poor kid dont even know what hes doing…

  12. What’s with that woman in the background? It’s hard to follow with her yapping. Why can’t women keep their mouths shut?
