The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 40-year-old Missing Person Yolanda Cobb. She was last seen at 12:00 A.M., on Wednesday, June 23rd, 2021, on the 59XX block of Wayne Avenue.
She is 5’3″, 145 lbs., medium build, medium brown complexion, brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue shorts. She likes to frequent the Wayne Junction area.
