The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 33-year-old Missing Person Yasmeen Goodmond. She was last seen at :7:20 A.M., on Sunday, July 25th, 2021, from the 300 block of E. Wister St.
She is 5’6″ 180lbs., small build, dark complexion, black braided hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark clothing.
