I had the chance to meet these two winter park officers who both had tint violations. Take a peek. Here’s the tint statute

  1. Why are officers allowed to be ignorant of the law, and have qualified immunity to protect them. But when it comes to us citizens the state always says to us ignorance is no excuse for the law. Wtf sense is that shit?!

Edit: I love the “whoever is wrong will buy the other dinner”. That’s great I don’t think I’ve ever heard this. It’s beautiful. More auditors/photographers need to say this. It de escalates the situation and lets everyone’s shoulders to relax. I think cops would hella look up laws to get a free dinner outta it.LOL Then you guys could make it a double date with the wives and really enjoy each other’s company, and Truly build a good relationship with someone. Maybe get a little closer to bridge the gab between Leo’s and the people. Thanks and be safe

  2. JMA You were wrong when you stated the officer wasn't responsible for the car. The police will even tell you that if you are the driver of a vehicle you are responsible for any and all safety, mechanical and licensing violations.
